An ambitious and highly significant initiative recognized by the Central Monastic Body as one of Bhutan's most historic projects. The intention is to document Bhutan's tangible heritage for the first time by digitizing and digitally cataloging the sacred objects from over 2000+ monasteries and temples in Bhutan. MyBhutan works with the Buddhist Art & Cultural Conservation Centre in support of their effort to build the collections system and perform the content collection for the Central Monastic Body to preserve the country's rich culture, spirituality, traditions, and philosophy.
